In October 1997 the Tussauds collection of Fairground Art previously housed at Wookey Hole in Somerset was put up for auction by Christies of South Kensington.
This specially produced catalogue itemises all the fairground artifacts that had been on show and in store.
Most of the 295 lots are well illustrated in colour photographs.
