Remarkably good value. This book shows a collection of commercial post cards of the famous Nottingham Goose Fair covering a period of over 90 years. The majority of the photographs are taken on the Market Place in the centre of Nottingham before 1928 when the fair was moved to the Forest Site. Very early views of the fair on the Forest are rare, but three are included. The cover and centre feature early hand tinted post cards.
